Every living thing on this planet is connected to one another in the web of life.

Throughout the zoo you will find signs that detail global conservation issues. These signs give a picture of how things fit together in the web of life. Each sign will include this web image to remind you it’s all part of the web of life and that includes humans too. Every positive action helps.

All tours are subject to availability and do not include park admission. Park admission is required. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are per person and do not include tax. Animal interactions may vary.

Departure times: Weekdays at 11:30 and 1:30;
Weekends at 11:00, 12:30, 2:00 and 3:30.
The Safari Ride must have a minimum of 10 people to leave the loading area.

 

Hours of Operation:
We admit guests until one hour prior to closing.
March       The season typically opens the weekend after the first day of Spring. Please call for dates.
April          Open weekdays 10 - 5, weekends 9-5. 
May           Open daily 9 - 5.    Shows and Encounters daily, limited schedule.

Memorial Day to Labor Day
                  Open Monday - Friday 9 - 5, weekends 9-6.
Full schedule of  Shows and Encounters offered every day. Our Shows are fun, lively adventures  with lots of opportunities to learn about and touch selected animals. Encounters are special times when you can get closer to a safe animal, learn inside facts about our big favorites or feed an animal a special snack. These visits are hosted by trained volunteers, education or animal care staff, giving you a variety of information and viewpoints.

September   Open M-F 9 - 5, weekends 9-6.     
October         Open daily 10-5. Shows and Encounters daily, limited schedule.
November    Open 10-4, weather permitting. The season typically closes on Thanksgiving weekend.
December, January and February  CLOSED
